Sample Emails Send to, Previous Address

Does anyone know how to clear the "previous addresses" from the send-to drop down, when going to send sample emails? The list is getting a bit long and even has some people who don't work here anymore!

    Hi Jessica,

    I don't think there's any easy way to do this. I have seen previous threads on the same topic, without any resolutions. It's time to submit this idea to Marketo!

      The unfortunate news is... you can't clear it.

      As you input new emails in the send to text area, it will overwrite those older addresses, but there's not a way to remove them from the list (at least not from what I've found across the documentation and community)!

      Yes, this is small but annoying. It looks like the only solution is to stuff enough new emails in there force the old ones out.

       

      Good luck with the submitting of ideas to Adobe/Marketo ... if you look at that process and history in any detail you'll see that you'll most likely have a new job and a new platform before your idea comes to fruition, even if the whole community wants it. It's a dysfunctional ideation pipeline from my perspective 😐.
