if it's been more than 15 minutes, maybe try again or call support. there could be a bug.

Make sure that the ip addresses for Maketo are whitelisted within your organization.

I had the same issue and contacted support. They found that I'd used tokens for the send from and reply-to but didn't have a default value. Once I added a default value, the test emails worked!
