Hi.

Sample email sending is not working properly for me today, from Preview or Edit modes.

Is there an issue within Mkto that you're aware of?

There is not an issue that I am aware of at the moment. i just sent myself a sample and received it within seconds.
Can you elaborate on what is "not working properly"?

Maybe submit a ticket to Marketo.

Thanks guys.

I've been informed this seems to be an issue with our company's email spam filter blocking Marketo's IP address.

Sample emails - as well as campaign emails - sent to our company email addresses aren't being received. Anything sent to personal email addresses (Hotmail & Yahoo for example) are fine.

Our head of Digital has been notified & we're looking into it from our side with our IT dept, so leave it with us.

This happens from time to time.
For anyone who stumbles accross this discussion looking for what to do next this whitelist is a good starting point.
