Salutations

I'm still learning Marketo so I may have missed this along the way but...

Is it possible to have "Dear {{lead.Marketo First Name:default=edit me}}," when there is a name and no salutation at all when there is not? 

We have tried concatenating 'Dear' into the token and that did not work.

Make a new Segmentation in Lead Database that splits up your database into "People with a name" and "People without a name".

Then you can use dynamic content in your email (or landing page) using your new segmentation. For the People with a name segment, enter in what you have above - and for the People without a name" segment, leave it blank.

In creating a segmentation for salutation, what happens if a further segmentation for, say, industry is required? Is it necessary to create segments per industry/name combination or can segments somehow be combined when creating the email?
