Salesforce type field not matching
Would anybody know why opened emails are being synced as "Type: Outbound Calls" within Salesforce for our sales team? Thanks!

Hi Alex,
I was able to get some help from the call support. The SFDC admin had to update the Type Field within SFDC and mark "Email" as the default task type. Thanks!
