Salesforce Synch Help

Question

I am in the midst of Marketo setup and struggling with the Sync/field mapping/etc between the two systems. I am in need of some outside support to guide the connection.  Our onboarding does not provide this type of help and it is a struggle with Support.
 
Can anyone recommend a freelancer or group who could provide help? Not a big project, just need some pointers.  Thanks for any ideas.
