Salesforce sync only working sometimes and some Pre-registered leads are marked as Invited in Salesforce
We are experiencing several issues when it comes to the Marketo/SFDC sync.
First off, most of my team's programs will only partially sync and the statuses never match up in Salesforce. At first, we thought it was just a delay, but days will pass and nothing changes. We then have to run a smart campaign to force sync, but this is a super manual process to do for dozens of campaigns.
Secondly, for most of our programs, Marketo program members that have the pre-registered status should be showing up in Salesforce as pre-registered. Instead, they have been entering Salesforce as Invited and only sometimes some of them update to pre-registered. Why is this?
