Salesforce Sync Error

We are having issues syncing leads from Marketo to Salesforce. According to Marketo it's the "Behavior Score" field that is causing the problem. In Marketo, the behavior scores for the leads in the image below are bretween 3-4 characters. Our field "behavior sccore" in salesforce has a limit of 18 characters, so this shouldn't be an issue. Any input on this issue is appreciated! Thank you community!

I'd check with your admin on exactly the permissions for that field and the numbers on those records. Is the field in SFDC no longer an integer? Are their scores ridiculously high?

Thanks for your reply. I work under the marketing admin (I use his account for support tickets) and have discussed this issue with him. The SFDC field is in integer and their behavior scores are in the 1,000's (4 digits). The SFDC field is shown in the image below.
