Salesforce related list

Hi - I am working with our salesforce admin to be able to pull opportunity products into marketo so that we can see which accounts have what products. Has anyone had experience with pulling this data into Marketo via Salesforce? We created a related field at the opportunity product to the account, but it's a related list so I'm not seeing it in Marketo.
