Salesforce Contract Object Sync

How can I access the salesforce contract object expiration date to send out 90 day renewal reminders to my subscription clients?
We are hoping to send out a renewal notice to the contact listed in the contract "Customer Signed By" field.

You can load it as a Custom Object associated to Account. See screenshot:

    Sounds like a custom situation. You can sync custom objects by going to Admin > SFDC > Custom Objects.
    But this is usually something the SFDC Admin and Marketo admins should work on because there may be easier ways to do this.
