Salesforce Campaign sync with Marketo in reverse

My company would like to create campaigns in Salesforce and export them to Marketo. As far as I know, it is only possible to do this in reverse (create Marketo campaigns and export to Salesforce). I know that this is not possible using Marketo's API. But could there be some other way to do this?

Hi Team,

The only way to connect a Salesforce campaign directly to a Marketo program would be through the Marketo program itself.  Salesforce campaigns can't live in Marketo otherwise.

It is possible with the SFDC flow steps to change membership for SFDC campaigns, but they would still only exist in SFDC.
