Salesforce Campaign Statuses not showing

Probably an oversight somewhere but has anyone seen or witnessed Salesforce Statuses not populating when trying to add them into a Flow. There should be no real reason for them not to show but for some campaigns they are not appearing - and in some - the statuses do but is not the full list?

Anyone?

Are there statuses in the SFDC Campaign?

Is the Program connected to a Campaign?

Sometimes the UI doesn't populate picklists. Try refreshing.
