Sales rep not receiving test sent through MSI

Hey!

I have a rep asking me why when she sent a test through MSI that it went to her junk mail, she said usually it just goes to her inbox.

I ran a test with the same template and got it in my inbox.

What tips can I give her? Since it's being sent via MSI, it should technically be coming from her correct? So I wouldn't think it'd be necessary to add herself to her address book?

Does she have some sort of Spam/ email filter set up?
