Sales Insights Not Showing Opened or Clicked Emails

Our Sales Insights is accurately showing the emails sent as well as interesting moments we setup but it's not showing clicked or opened in the Email tab of sales insights. Any suggestions?

Hi Colleen-
We had the same issue and raised a case - I would recommend doing the same since mine got escalated to Engineering.

Think that it will be some sort of patch they need to do.
