Sales Insights Email: Allow CRM user to edit email

We want to disallow CRM users from editing emails in Sales Insights to prevent changes within the template, but is it possible for users to add a note above the templated email to personalize the mailing?

Yes, it is possible to prevent CRM users from editing emails in Sales Insights. You can achieve this by adjusting the user permissions.
