Sales Insight Triage Role

Hi, Marketo.

We're about to roll out Sales Insight to our sales team. 

One group wants to have a triage person who would approve the leads from Marketo and distribute them to specific salespeople. Everyone -- the triage person and the salespeople -- has Sales Insight.

What would the triage person need to do on the Marketo tab of Salesforce to forward those leads to the right people?

Brad,

So you have an ISR or someone doing some basic lead qualification?

You have to go to the Lead Queue, Lead View, or Lead Record to Change Owner on a lead. That's all they have to do.

This cannot be done at the Marketo Tab.

Thanks, Josh. Makes sense.

One last thing: Once the triage person changes the owner, would the lead migrate to the correct person's Sales Insight tab--or somewhere else?

Just trying to explain how the flow will work...
