sales insight showed email with clicked but not opened?

anyone encountered the same and know why or how to resolve this? Thanks in advance!

Seems like they clicked a link in an email they were viewing in the preview pane in outlook.

that was actually an email i sent to myself though. tried unmarking it as read, and clicking on it and opening it again a few times but it didn't show as open still.
sent another email again but still didn't show up.

It's only in sales insight though because the activity log showed it as open. which is kinda wierd

Kevin did you happen to load the email images? That's how marketo tracks an open.
