Sales insight sending emails twice?

Has anyone noticed emails being sent twice from Sales Insight?  I have a couple of cases where the same email was sent within minutes of the first.

Hi Alison-
Do you have any duplicates in your system? If you connected your CRM and it had duplicates, you might run into this problem.
