Does "Contact Owner" determine what feed will show up in the dashboard?  I know "lead feed" works off of contact owner.  Is that how sales insight works in all cases by contact owner?

I believe this is the case.  Lead or Contact owner.  

SFDC Admin types... could sharing rules expand this list or is it always based on person ownership?

thanks Chris.  Thats a great question, Is there a way to change the feed for each rep to pull off say "account owner" rather than "contact owner"  Our contact owners are generally not very accurate.

No, I have not heard anything. :( Would be nice to know if we were able to update how the information is pulled.
