Hi!

Is there a way to set-up Sales Insight so that I receive an email whenever anyone in SFDC earns 3 stars or 3 flames?

Hi Nora, you can set a smart campaign that sends alerts based on gaining 3 stars (relative score) or 3 flames (urgency):
Trigger: Data Value Change - 
            Attribute - Relative Score
            New value is 3
Flow: Send alert (create an email and add your email address to "to other emails")

But are you sure the lead not will get en email?
