Sales Insight not visible in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 Online

The Sales Insight widgets are no longer visible in our Lead Forms in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2013, now migrated to 2015. They have not been visible for some time now, and I am not sure at what point they dissapeared while we were customizing the MS CRM forms and UI.

Does anyone know how to bring it back? is it possible to manually add the widgets like it is possible in Salesforce?

Hi Sanjeev,
Not sure if you have already found a solution but making sure you have MLM 3.0.0.2 and then re-installing sales insight should solve it.
