sales insight not showing on contact in SF

I can see under "Contact Custom Fields & Relationships" but it doesn't show up on the actual contact.

Did you add the visual force section to the Contact page layout?

How do I add that? I thought it was already there because I saw it in the custom fields and relationships

I have an issue where insights is cut off just after the first IM, but only on contacts. It looks fine in leads. Wonder if the issue is related?

Hi Isabela, go into the page layout, select visualforce (on the left as per below screen shot), and then drag the one called LEAD or CONTACT (on contact page layout) onto the page layout in the Marketo section.
