Sales Insight Lead/Behavioral/Demographic scoring

I continue to see posts about people changing their default sales insight flames/stars from Lead scoring to behavioral or demograhic scoring.

It seems to be as easy as editing the lead scoring settings. Yet, when I click on the drop down in the settings for either stars or flames, the only available option is "Lead Score (default)". What gives?

Depending on your instance during install, did your SFDC admin create custom score fields for behavioral and Demographic?
Once this is in place, in the admin section of MSI you can select what you want stars and flames to map to.

Then, in your scoring programs, you can update what field gets x many points.

You need to do this:

1. Decide on scoring fields as Ed notes above.
2. Create those in SFDC as Integers.
3. Once they sync to Marketo, reassign them as Lead Score fields (or this won't work).
4. Now you will be able to change the MSI settings. Prob best to setup some scoring flows first though.

How do you "reassign" them as Lead Score fields exactly? I'm looking in Field Management and don't see an option. Is this done somewhere else?

Its in Sales Insight section in the admin area

Actually I figured it out after I posted my question. I had to change the Field "type" to "Score" in the Field Management section for it to show up as an option in the Sales Insights Stars/Flames dropdowns.
