Sales Insight Email Template - Font Issues

Hi Everyone,

I have a colleague who is attempting to load a Marketo Email template through the Sales Insight feature and the font is not matching. Has anyone encountered this issue? Whenever he attempts to write within the template, it defaults to his current font. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi Gabrielle,

Did you perhaps receive an answer from Marketo Support? I'd like to know if there is a solution for this. My company is starting to use Sales Insight and my team is responsible for creating a new template for the sales team to use. If we could tackle a potential issue up front, it would be helpful.
