Sales Insight - Email Reporting

My sales team is seeing an issue with Sales Insight - Here's the situation. A sales rep sends a Marketo email within Sales Insight. They then click the "Email" tab within Sales Insight to verify that the email was sent, and the email is not there. This is true after refreshing the page and after time. How can we be sure these emails are being sent, and how are they being recorded?

Can you check the Lead's activity log in Marketo? What shows up there?

If it is still not showing up...send a note to Support.
