So when a sales rep uses the send and track functionality in outlook, In SFDC on the contact record in the sales insight dashboard, is it supposed to show in interesting moments and on the email tab?

It depends: if they're on the actual Marketo Sales Insight tab in SFDC, only the emails they send will show up (either mass emails they send via Marketo or one-off emails via the Outlook plugin). If they're on a Contact record and look at the Sales Insight pane, they'll see all emails, including any they've sent and those marketing sent.

I've heard a few complaints about this during this week, I think there might be a bug with emails showing up in MSI. Search through the last few days and you'll see.

Yes, emails sent through Sales Insight have not been showing up in the Interesting Moments for us either.

So I figured out they only show up in our interesting moments because we have a campaign triggered to put them there.  They should be showing up in the email tab when they are sent using the send and track functionality in Outlook, however, they are not...Sounds like this is a bug??
