Sales Insight

My company has not turned downloaded the Sales insight tab in SFDC I think its very important that we do so however, a few questions have been thrown my way. We are out of custom tabs in SFDC does anyone know if sales insight is considered an aloha app (does not count against out limit) 

Can anyone help me with this?

To the best of my knowledge Marketo Sales Insight counts against the limits.
