Sales alerts on lead re-engagement

I'm trying to build a campaign to send an email alert to my sales development reps when a Marketo lead re-engages with my organization (for example by visiting a webpage). The logic would be - if a lead visits a web page, and had not visited a web page for the 30 days before that, send the alert.

I can't seem to use the various filters to get to this logic. Am I missing something?

Create smart campaign 1
Smart list: "not visited web page is any in past 30 days"
Flow: Add to list "Not visited website past 30 days"
Schedule: run the batch once daily

Create smart campaign 2
Smart list: Trigger > visits web page any, filter > member of list is "Not visited website past 30 days"
Flow: send alert to BDR, remove from list "Not visited website past 30 days"
Schedule: activate, each lead can run through every time
