Sales Alert based of program membership

Is it possible to make a sales alert using the SP sales alert token for when someone becomes a member of a program and NOT from filling out a form? I want to make an alert with the new members info in it if possible.

Yes. The token has nothing directly to do with form fill data at all. It’s just like a snippet with {{lead.tokens}}.

Hi @ktnelson - are you not seeing the alert work because the leads aren't actually becoming members of the program? Here's a great link for program membership works.

 

If the leads are not filling out a form in the program, you might probably need to consider a smart campaign for changing the program status to member and then using a trigger smart campaign to sent the alert when the person's status changes to member.

Building on this, I would think you can just combine it all in the same Smart Campaign!

 

Change the Program Status and then send the Alert.
