RTP/WP: using querystring to define a segment

Dear all,

Has anyone tried to use querystring information, (e.g. utm_source=linkedin&utm_campaign=MAPWP2017) to create a RTP segment and trigger a specific personalization ?

I understand that this could be done using the RTP API, creating the logic in JS and prompting a specific campaign, but this is not really something that a simple marketing user could do, so my question is about, but i would like to know whether this feasible using RTP segment definition is the UI.
