RTP Segment - How to Include Pages out of our main domain ?

Hi guys,

Munchkin code has been placed on all our subdomains, it tracks all user behavior across all sites.

However, when I setup an RTP Segment it only looks at www.our-website.com pages and does not pick any page visits from subdomain.our-website.com.

Is there any way to fix this ?

RTP Tag is only present on main website (www.our-website.com) pages only as we will be placing our RTP content on www.our-website.com only. Probably this is the reason why RTP Segment is not picking subdomain.our-website.com visitors? Can this be a possible cause of the problem ?

When I go to RTP - "Account Settings" - "Domain Configuration" it only shows our main site www.our-website.com with no options to define any other subdomains.

Please help.

Please send a request to Marketo Support to set you up with the sub-domains correctly in your account and then you will see them as expected in the content path,

There are no limits to the number of sub-domains, they are not auto-detected and need to be set up and configured during provisioning or by support.
