RTP query string disappearing after refreshing screen

We have come across an issue with our RTP program. On our home page we have an RTP default campaign, if you click the CTA you'll see the iesrc=ctr.  if you go back to the home page, click on the CTA again, there is no iesrc=ctr.

Our default RTP campaign is the same campaign/CTA that is on Sitecore.

So it seems as though we are seeing RTP only once, but when we refresh, we are not seeing RTP any longer.

Any one understand???

Hey Jessica,

Did you set the campaign to be sticky?

Can you send a link to a page where I can see the campaign on or its name?
