RTP Multiple Segments

My question is simple: Can a visitor live in multiple RTP segments? Can you set a priority for a segment if a visitors actions apply to multiple RTP segment criteria?

Hey Robert, people can reside in multiple segments. There is a newer priority feature in RTP within the campaign where you can set the Priority Score if there's any overlap of segments/campaigns.

Hi Robert,

If you do have a case were visitors can qualify for multiple segments, you can also use the User Context API, and set the rules there (eg, have seen campaign xxx or clicked campaign xxx) that way they will not see the same CTA.
