RTP Content Recommendation: Missing subdomain?

We recently deployed a new microsite on a subdomain. I installed the RTP code on all pages of the microsite, but when I tried to set up a recommended content path to the microsite homepage, I don't even see the subdomain. (Enabling Content Discovery - Marketo Docs - Product Docs )

Is there a limit to the number of subdomains RTP can manage?

Are subdomains something that RTP can "auto-detect?"

Any ideas on how I can get the new subdomain to show up in my settings options?

Hi Eric,

Please send a request to Marketo Support to set you up with the sub-domains correctly in your account and then you will see them as expected in the content path,

There are no limits to the number of sub-domains, they are not auto-detected and need to be set up and configured during provisioning or by support.
