Right-clicking a subfolder to create a local asset -> asset should go into subfolder

Currently, if you create a "New Local Asset" by right-clicking on a subfolder, it places that asset into the program and not into the subfolder.

    Hey Adam— this idea already exists here   and here:  

    This was supposed to finally be addressed in Sky, but still isn’t within the beta environment.
