Right-click menu in Marketing Activities tree doesn't work

I've often noticed that when right-clicking on an item in the tree, selecting options from the menu popup does not work. For example, right-clicking on an email in order to approve it. I click Approve and nothing happens. More often than not, I have to instead select Approve from the drop-down menu to the right under Email Actions.

Has anyone else experienced this before?

Happens to me all the time too. I usually have to click around on a few random things then come back to the tree and only then will it allow me to select what I want.
