RichRelevance + Marketo

Has anyone integrated richrelevance and Marketo? We are working on getting product recommendations into our emails but since the links don't have the tracking code i'm not sure if it is possible to track link clicks on the products that are coming from richrelevance?

What do you mean by "don't have the tracking code"?  Clickable links in Marketo emails are tracked by default, provided they're inserted correctly.

Please explain in detail what you're doing, what outcome you're expecting, and what you're observing.

The links are pulled in dynamically from RichRelevance from a product feed (we place their code into our emails that does this).

You're still not explaining in full.

What is the exact content (emails cannot run code -- I imagine you mean a prefab link) you're inserting into your email and/or template? What is the resulting content in the email, as rendered in your inbox?
