Revising Sales Insight Email Templates and Reporting

If a sales person makes revisions to a sales insight email template, will it show in sales insight email reporting that the template was used, or will it show as "No Template"?

If they select a template and then change some of the text in it for example, it will still show as the template that was sent when you look at the different reports.
