Revenue Modeler Excel Spreadsheet Template

I've been doing some training on the Revenue Cycle Modeler and in it they have a really nice Excel spreadsheet detaling their lead lifecycle.

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of that? I need to re-map out our current lead lifecycle so we can rebuild our Revenue Cycle Modeler. While I don't mind doing this from scratch, it'd be really nice to have a template to work off of.
