Revenue Explorer vs. Revenue Cycle Modeler

When we went live with Marketo, we bought the Revenue Cycle Modeler tool as we were told it would be part of the reporting that would help us demonstrate our ROI.

We have the Modeler built and working, but so much of the reporting that I am looking for I am being told is only available in the Revenue Explorer. Which is, of course, an extra charge.

Is the Revenue Explorer new? Did my rep just not tell me about it? Was there a change?

Just trying to figure out where I missed the boat.
