Revenue Explorer Subscription Time Zone

We are trying to pull the report from revenue explorer. we need help with the below queries?

1)      In which time zone we will get the report for “Sent (Hour)” filter? We have checked and it’s in CST time zone. Could you please confirm the time zone?

2)      Can we change the time zone AEST  when we pull the report?

RCE will always display in CST regardless on what time zone it set in Marketo
