Revenue Cycle Modeler Analytics

Does anybody have any suggestions for webinars and/or articles I can read about the RCM analytics availalbe? I thought with this tool set up I could see not only how many leads were in each stage at any given time (I've got that report down!) but how long leads spent in each stage as well. Just looking to understand what happens in my funnel. 

Suggestions?

Did you setup an RCM already? Do you have RCE?

I do have my RCM set up already and it has been running for a few months now so I'd like to go back and see how long leads stayed in each stage, how many transitioned, etc.

That article looks to be what I want...but I didn't see the Lead Balance Report as an option anywhere...

Hi Sara, sorry for the late reply.  I'm a product manager for Analytics at Marketo.

You will find this report in the left navigation (under "Standard Reports" / "Model Reports") vs the list that appears when you click on New Report.  Sorry for the confusion, I've attached a screenshot to highlight where to find it.
