Revenue Cycle Explorer- Filter by month easily?

When I go to the Revenue Explorer then "browse files" and select a file I am trying to filter the data by sent date, specifically I want a "last month" option. Under choose a commonly used time period I only have today, yesterday, and tomorrow as common periods. Is there a way to add last month as a common period?

Which type of report and which type of field or attribute are you using?

Pretty sure there is a Last Month or Last Q option.
