Retrieving Static Lists through the API

I can't find a reference in the documentation to any method that will allow me to get Lists (names, properties, whatever info) .. is there any?

Juan,
There is no method to get a list of static lists, but we will consider this as an enhancement request. For now, you will have to know which static list you want to operate on apriori
