Retrieving Smart Lists for Lead via API

Hi-

I was wondering if it was possible to retrieve the smart lists that a Lead is a member of through either the SOAP or REST APIs? 

Ideally by cookie but by id would be sufficient.

Hi Arun,

Only static list which are in lead database can be retrieved but need to check the api again as there is some modification.
