Can you please let  me know how to retrieve the lead information based on email from Marketo? Can you please update me the sample code or documentation link to retrieve data from Marketo?

I believe you are looking for API documentaion.  Please visit http://developers.marketo.com/.

Also of note, this is not support.  I suggest watching the getting started http://community.marketo.com/MarketoGettingStarted to get acquainted with the Marketo Community.
