Restrict access to the Rich Text toolbar

The Rich Text toolbar may be handy for some, but introduces a lot of superfluous code very quickly if a user isn't careful. We prefer it when marketers use a very small subset of html tags in the HTML editor. The button however is obscured amongst the other buttons on the toolbar. Would be great if we could switch most of them off. Or better yet, launch the HTML editor directly instead!

Thanks :-)

The best approach on this would be to be able to create customized button bar profiles and assign them to user roles, as this is done in most of the CMS integrating TinyMCE or other similar editors.

Yes. That's exactly what I'm asking for :-).

We use this in Umbraco.
