REST API link is down

Hi

We are not able to access the Marketo Rest APIs. while executing the APIs (for ex: Token generation, Lead, opportunity objects), in response we are getting

Status: 0 NO RESPONSE

It seems that the API link is down. Could you please tell us, when can this APIs will be accessible?.

Note: Till yesterday, its working fine @ our end
