Reset Button on Forms 2.0

Is there any way to add a second "reset" or "clear" button to a form? I know this was possible with the original forms but I can't figure out how to do it on Forms 2.0/

This was disabled because most people don't need it. You will have to add it back with custom code.

or do a search on the forums, perhaps someone found an easier way.
