Question

Rescale a scoring system with a multiplier or divisor

Hi,

Is there a possibility to rescale a scoring system  with a multiplier (or divisor)? Because when I choose the trigger "change score" there are only four formulas possible : "+", "-", "=n", "=-n".. How could we programm this for "*2.5" for example?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Kind Regards,
Ekaterina

Nope, what you see is what you get. If someone else has something different to say I've commented to hear their other ideas.

Hi,

I was looking into doing -10% for every month without acivity. Unfortunately I haven't found an answer yet. However I think you could use your CRm to do it. You could create a macro in SF to multiply the lead score by 2 if the lead is added to a specificly created SF campaign. So don't change the lead score, but "Add to SFDC Campaign = Multiply Lead Score Campaign".

P.s. I haven't tested this yet ;-)

Hi all,

Thanks for your answers. Indeed it would be great to add percentages to the lead scoring.
Hope it will be integrated to the upcoming updatesJ
